Harry Moore-Gwyn studied at Magdalen College, Oxford and Christie’s Education. Having gained a place on the Sotheby’s graduate trainee scheme he established himself as a specialist dealer in British pictures in 2000, with particular emphasis on the twentieth century. His work as a curator has included exhibitions at the Science Museum, London and the Alfred East Gallery, Kettering.
Past and future publications include catalogues on Norman Clark, Walter Bonner Gash, Josef Herman, Henry Lamb, Kenneth Rowntree and Rudolf Sauter. Harry exhibits regularly as a dealer at many leading London fairs. He is Chairman of the picture vetting committee at the Winter Olympia Fine Art and Antique Fair and is part of the advisory committee for the Works on Paper Fair; he has been a member of the British Antique Dealers’ Association since 2008. He is curating the British and Continental Pictures online auctions 25 Blythe Road.
