Jayne & Larry: Hello…

Keep-Things-Local-jayne-larry

Hello…
The Brackenbury Village asked me to write a regular column about the arts and what’s on at The Hepsibah Gallery but I found myself having sleepless nights about doing for Brackenbury what Hedda Hopper did for Hollywood – filling the pages with news, gossip and scandal! Ooooh! La!!!

So seriously how about it?
It’s such a great area, with fab people and curious incidents and happenings to share….so how about… ’What’s on in Fashion (What we are wearing in The Village?)’, ‘Top Tips from Brackenbury’, ‘Celebs Spotted in the Village’, ‘Good News from Brackenbury’, ‘…as Seen on the Streets of Brackenbury (picture post)’, ‘The Bigger Picture’ (reviews of ‘What’s on and not to be missed in London’, for example the Sargent or how fab was Rubens)…

…so engage with me – send me your tips, gossip, conversation, events, photos and opinions and I’ll follow your lead and I’ll show you Brackenbury the Village through your eyes.

I will be featuring an amazing array of artists and craftsmen who are coming to exhibit at the gallery including a group show of weavers, a sculptor in marble and stone, a jeweller, a landscape painter, an interior designer and lampmaker, a potter and a printer and more more more. Be There or Be Square!

I am Jayne Hepsibah. I write a blog called Jayne & Larry, and have an art gallery in Brackenbury Village, Hammersmith, London. Hepsibah Gallery is between Shepherds Bush and Hammersmith, in a lively and exciting part of West London, with a range of good shops and restaurants and well-served by public transport. The gallery is an 13 ft cube, with excellent natural light and is suitable for the full range of 2 and 3D art work (though regrettably not for objects in precious or semi-precious materials). If you have any questions, please ask!
